Vinification: Once the grapes arrived at the winery, they were destemmed and gently pressed to retain quintessential qualities. The wines were fermented in stainless steel vats at 30C, 18 days for the Merlot, 16 days for the Cabernet Sauvignon and 15 days for the Sangiovese. Wine Description:
Deep, vibrant, strawberry-red colour.
The nose has layers of classic and raspberry gently interwoven with tobacco.
The pleasant acidity of the Sangiovese, combined with a firm tannic structure, create a well-balanced and intense wine, with good ageing potential.
Wine Description:
Aged for 18 months in new oak. A solid, compacted red,
intense aromas of smoke, dark chocalate and ripe fruit.
This elegant wine demonstrates rich, black cherry flavour and cedar notes. Full bodied, a firm rich, black cherry flavour, cedar notes, a firm structure, with lots of chewy tannins and long finish.

Wine Description:
A passionate dedication of Gian Annibale and Carlo Ferrini. The very intriguing bouquet presents crystal-clear, perfectly expressive notes of fresh red berry fruit and superbly judged balsamic and spicy naunces. In the mouth, the keynote is elegance. After a silky entry, it seems to glide into an intense, thrilling mid palate, with tight-knit but soft and absolutely harmonious tannins. It's an overwhelming wine.
Wine Description:
A fresh, zingy Sauvignon Blanc with a gentle, yet heady combination of elderberry, tomato leaves and white fruits on the nose. Well-balanced acidity and a long, crispy finish.
