Vinification: Refined in steel vats for 9 months during which many different decantations are done. A further refinement in bottle before selling. Vinification: Refined in French oak barrels (500 to 3500 L) for 12 months where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Intense ruby red
Intense and charming bouquet, with a wide range of aromas, including cherry, plum and red berries
Complex flavour, with a good structure, harmonious and prolonged
Wine Description:
Ruby red with light deep reflections
Complex bouquet and extremely delightly, typical of the grape variety. It opens a wide range of perfumes, among them ripe fruits and vanilla
Soft flavour with a good balance between acidity and tannic

Vinification: Refined in small French oak barrets for 12 to 14 months. Vinification: After a few hours spent on skins, the must is separated. It ferments in a low temperatures in stainless steel vats where secondary fermentation takes place.
Wine Description:
Intense ruby red
Intense bouquet with a complex notes of ripe fruits, vanilla and a delicate boise
Soft flavour with a good balance between acidity and tannic. Good body with a lingering finish
Wine Description:
Straw yellow color
Intense bouquet, typical aromas with apple and honey
Fresh flavour. Fragrant taste with well balance between sweetness and acidity. The fine development of the carbon dioxide provides an elegant and persistent ending.
