Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, submerged-cap maceration with controlled temperature maceration and first racking when set parameters are reached. Before bottling, 4 months in Slavonic oak barrels, followed by bottle evolution. Vinification: In oak barrels for 18 months, then 12 months in stainless steel tanks, finished with 6 months refining in the bottle. Bottle aging even for a further 10 years.
Wine Description:
Intense ruby red colour with violet nuances.
Intense, characteristic bouquet of the primary grape aromas.
Fruity component, full-bodied and robust, well-balanced with tannin and oak features.
Wine Description:
Deep ruby red colour.
Limpid and intense; strong liquorice and forest fruits scents.
Full-bodies and robust, with a tannin component embraced by the grape's aromatic weave.

SAN CLEMENTE - ABRUZZO BIANCO
Italian White Wine

Grape Varieties:
Trebbiano d' Abruzzo, Pecorino, Passerina
Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing, 70% fermentation in steel and 30% in barriques. Age in steel for 3 months with subsequent bottle evolution. Vinification: After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the wine refines in barriques for 3 months. The final assembly is done in stainless steel tanks where it ages for another 3 months before bottling.
Wine Description:
Pale, brilliant yellow colour
Very delicate bouquet, fragrant, aromatic, extremely pleasant.
Fine, elegant palate, fresh and well-orchestrated.
Wine Description:
Brilliant yellow color.
Complex bouquet, scent of toast and vanilla blending harmoniously with the grape's primary aroma.
Full-bodied and elegant, when the vine's aromatic component balances well with the tang of wood.

Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing, fermentation only of the limpid run. The wine is decanted into oak barriques where it ages for about 3 months, followed by bottle evolution. Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control. Second fermentation again in stainless steel with charmat system. 6 weeks bottle refining.
Wine Description:
Cherry red color with violet naunces.
Intense bouquet, elegant, aromatic, extremely pleasant.
Lingering, full and well-orchestrated mouthfeel.
Long aftertaste.
Wine Description:
Bright rose color.
Very delicate bouquet, with the aromatic scent.
Full and well-orchestrated flavour, palate fine and elegant, soft and light tannins.

Vinification: Ages in 50-litre French oak half-barriques for 3 years, followed by bottle ageing. Can last even for over 10 years. Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, vacuum pressing, fermentation only of the limpid run. In steel and subsequent bottle evolution.
Wine Description:
Very dark red color.
Intense bouquet with typical aroma of the grapes used.
Blackcurrants, liquorice, a well-rounded, balanced and very lingering taste.
Wine Description:
Golden yellow colour
very delicate bouquet, with typical aromatic scent.
Full and well-orchestrated flavour, with hints of honey and tropical fruit.
